Traveling across Missouri it seemed we were surrounded be a sea of corn...as far as you could see in any direction were beautiful green corn fields...we stopped for the night in Mound City, MO. a tiny, and I mean tiny farming hamlet located in the Missouri river valley. This place doesn't have a single traffic light, but it is very peaceful...this is America. Today we have traveled for 14 hrs and covered just over 800 miles...tomorrow we push on into South Dakota and hope to reach Badlands National Monument.Wednesday, August 19, 2009

lots of rain today. Another back porch with a roof. A lot of work getting it in but I finally got it in. Looks ok. business as usual, lots of technical work and no materials. Even newcomer Ed is frustrated. Hope you guys are having a great time. Keep the info coming in.
